How to Add, Edit, and Manage Users via Follow Up Boss Integration
StackWrap integrates directly with Follow Up Boss (FUB), enabling seamless user management by syncing user data from your CRM. Here's how to set up and manage this integration:
1. Connect Your Follow Up Boss Account
- Navigate to the Integrations section in your StackWrap dashboard.
- Select Follow Up Boss from the list of available integrations.
- Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize StackWrap to access your FUB account.
2. Enable User Sync from Follow Up Boss
- Once connected, toggle on the "Sync Users from Follow Up Boss" option.
- StackWrap will automatically import active users from your FUB account into the User Management section.
3. Manage User Roles and Groups
- After users are imported, click on any user profile in StackWrap to:
- Assign roles (e.g., Admin, Agent, Staff).
- Add to groups (e.g., Teams, Offices, Departments).
- Upload a headshot or update contact information.
4. Maintain Synchronization
- Any updates made to user profiles in FUB (such as name, email, or role changes) will automatically reflect in StackWrap.
- Deactivated users in FUB will lose access to your StackWrap dashboard.
Note: To grant certain FUB users admin access in StackWrap, manually update their role in the User Management section after syncing.
