How to Create, Edit, and Manage Items in StackWrap

Items in StackWrap serve as direct links to the tools, resources, and contacts your team uses daily. They can be organized into Categories, customized with icons, and configured for specific actions like opening URLs, organizing internal documents, creating contacts, initiating calls, and more! Here's how to effectively create, edit, and manage Items:

Description (optional): Add a brief description to inform users about the Item's purpose.

Icon (optional): Upload or select an icon to visually represent the Item.

You can then drag, drop, and resize the widget before toggling Edit Mode off).
    • Make Support Tab: You have the ability to create a button that allows your users easy access to the mapped item by selecting the Make Support Tab option. Once selected, you can rename the button to whatever you'd like. For example, perhaps you create an item, and the item type = dialing a phone number. If this Support Tab button is created, not only will it be visible to all of your users anywhere within StackWrap, but if they click the button, it will dial the phone number of the mapped item. Give this a try and figure out the item that you want to map this functionality to. The possibilities are limitless!
