How to Manage the Homepage Dashboard

The StackWrap homepage dashboard serves as your team's central hub, offering quick access to essential tools, tasks, and resources. Here's how to customize and manage it effectively:

1. Access the Dashboard

  • Log in to your StackWrap account.
  • Upon login, you'll land on the homepage dashboard,

2. Customize Dashboard Widgets

As the Admin, you have the ability to add, edit, delete, and rearrange any Widgets on the homepage dashboard. Essentially, you are creating a workflow of Widgets for your team to interact with (remember - only Admins can edit the homepage dashboard).

You can do things, such as:

  • Rearrange Widgets: Toggle Edit Mode on (upper right of your screen). Once on, Click and drag the top bar of any widget to reposition it anywhere on the dashboard.

Resize Widgets: With Edit Mode on, hover over the Widget's edge and drag to adjust its size, allowing you to prioritize certain information.

    Add Widgets:

    • With Edit Mode on, you'll see towards the top of your screen a dropdown menu of Available Modules.
    • Select as many Widgets as you'd like to add them to your Dashboard.
    • Drag, drop, and resize the Widget however you'd like!

Delete Widgets:

    • To remove a Widget, toggle Edit Mode on, and then click the Trash Can icon on the widget you wish to remove.
    • Toggle Edit Mode off to Save the changes.
    • It's usually best to also refresh your screen after doing this

Here’s a quick rundown of ALL of the available widgets that you have access to:

  • My Tasks
    • Connects with your integrated CRM to show open tasks and notifications triggering within your CRM
    • Organizes Onboarding tasks (explained in Section 9)

  • My Calendar
    • Connects to an integrated calendar (please @ Max Fitzgerald if you need help integrating your calendar)

  • Notifications
    • This is your StackWrap to StackWrap inbox! Use this feature to push notifications to your team in real time!

  • The Team
    • Feature key members of your team on the homepage dashboard for your agents to reference. This can be done by clicking Settings > Users. Click the “edit” button for the user that you want to feature, then click the “Display on Dashboard” option.
    • This widget also features an “All Team” button that redirects your agents to your company’s directory!

  • Pinned
    • As you are creating Items, you have the ability to pin some of your most important tools to this homepage dashboard widget.
    • To pin an Item, simply click the pin icon towards the top of the Item.

  • My Pinned
    • This is very similar to the "Pinned" Widget above, but the difference is this Widget allows your Team to pin their frequently used tools to their "Pinned" Widget. (In other words, it allows your team to bookmark their favorite tools).
    • Since all of your users have the ability to Pin their favorite tools, you want to make sure you always have this widget somewhere on your dashboard.

  • Featured
    • This widget is similar to the Pinned widget, but with the Featured widget, you have the ability to create Items that are housed within this Featured widget (instead of pinning existing items)
    • You might want to feature tools that are a bit more permanent (for example, linking to your CRM that you don't plan on getting rid of anytime soon)
    • In contrast, pinning and unpinning items are a bit more fluid. You might want to pin a training course that you recently held with your team, but then unpin it after it becomes stagnant.

  • News Feed
    • Connect your blog to StackWrap to publish blog articles directly on the homepage dashboard!

  • Slack
    • Got a Slack account? Great! Connect it to StackWrap and have access to all of your Slack channels on the homepage dashboard.

  • Training Center
    • If you have training courses, workshops, course material, or anything else that you're using for training with your team, you'll want to utilize the default "Training" Category that is contained within your Tool Stack. Any Items that are added to this specific "Training" Category will also populate to this Widget. Basically, your team is able to access training materials directly from this homepage Widget.

  • Transactions
    • Connect StackWrap to your 3rd-party transaction software (such as Follow Up Boss or Sisu) to populate your agents’ individual production on the homepage dashboard of their StackWrap accounts
    • 💪Pro Tip 💪  You’ll probably have to contact our team to integrate your 3rd-party transaction system. Please @ Max Fitzgerald here and let us know what system you’re using!

Tips:

  • Regularly update your dashboard to reflect the most relevant tools and information for your team.
  • Encourage team members to customize their dashboards to suit their individual workflows.
  • Utilize categories to group related shortcuts, enhancing navigation and organization.

By effectively managing the StackWrap homepage dashboard, you ensure that your team has streamlined access to essential tools and resources, enhancing overall productivity.
