How to Set Up Internal Notifications

StackWrap's internal notifications keep your team informed about important updates, reminders, and action items directly within the platform.


1. Access Notification Settings

  • From your StackWrap dashboard, navigate to the Notifications Category within the Tool Bar
  • Click on Notifications to open the notification settings.


2. Create a New Notification

  • Click the Add Notification button.

    Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Provide a clear and concise title for the notification.
    • Message: Enter the content of the notification.
    • Recipients: You can select "Send to All" to push the notification to your entire organization. Or, you can select specific Groups, Roles, or individual users to send the Notification to
    • Delivery Method: Choose how the notification will be delivered (e.g., in-app, email, or both).

Tips:

  • Your users are logging into StackWrap throughout the day, every day to access the tools that you are providing them. Therefore, make sure to utilize this Notifications feature, and place the Notifications Widget inbox somewhere visible on your team members' homepage dashboard.
  • If they are constantly logging into StackWrap, they'll always be in the know about new Notifications being sent to them.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage internal communications within StackWrap, ensuring your team stays informed and aligned.
