How to Connect and Google (G-Suite) with StackWrap

Integrating StackWrap with Google Workspace centralizes your team's tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity. Follow these steps to establish the connection:

1. Access the Integrations Panel

  • From your StackWrap dashboard, navigate to Integrations under Settings (bottom left of your screen)

2. Select Google Integration

  • Locate the Google option in the list of integrations.
  • Click on Connect to initiate the integration process, and follow the prompts.

3. Authorize StackWrap Access

  • A prompt will appear requesting permission to access your Google Workspace account.
  • Sign in with your administrator credentials.
  • Review the permissions requested and click Allow to grant access.

4. Configure Integration Settings

  • After authorization, configure the integration settings as needed:
    • Enabling Sign in with Google: Allowing your users to SSO into StackWrap using their Google accounts. As a reminder, your users MUST be logging in using the same email that is mapped to their account.
    • Sync Google Users: Enable automatic import of users from Google Workspace.
    • Sync Google Drive: Allow StackWrap to access files in Google Drive. You'll then have the ability to share folders within your Google Drive directly into StackWrap. This is especially useful if you are already sharing folders with your agents/employees/staff from within your Google Drive. They can now access these folders directly within StackWrap!
    • Sync Calendar: Sync and share Google Calendars with StackWrap. Shared calendars will then populate into the Calendar Widget on the Homepage Dashboard. To add this Calendar Widget to the dashboard, toggle Edit Mode on, and select the Calendar Widget. Once added to your Homepage Dashboard, simply drag, drop, and resize the calendar however you'd like!
    • Sync User from Google Sheet: Follow our templated Google Sheet, and add your users to the Sheet. Once your users have been added, simply connect the Google Sheet with StackWrap following the prompts. Once connected, the system will sync with the Sheet to keep your roster up to date. As a reminder, you do have to refresh the connection each time a change is made to the Sheet.

5. Save and Confirm

  • Once configurations are set, click Save to finalize the integration.
  • A confirmation message will indicate that StackWrap is now connected to your Google Workspace account.

Tips:

  • Ensure that the Google account used has administrative privileges to grant necessary permissions.
  • Regularly review integration settings to maintain optimal synchronization between StackWrap and Google Workspace.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate StackWrap with Google Workspace, providing your team with a unified and efficient workspace.
