How to Access the Activity Log
Monitoring user activity in StackWrap allows administrators to track engagement, ensure compliance, and optimize platform usage. Follow these steps to view user activity logs:
1. Navigate to the Admin Panel
- Log in to your StackWrap account.
- From the dashboard, click on Settings (towards the bottom left of your screen)
2. Access the User Activity Section
- Within the Admin Panel, click on Activity Logs.
- This section displays a comprehensive log of user interactions within the platform.
3. Filter and Search Activity Logs
- Utilize available filters to narrow down activity logs by:
- User: View actions performed by specific users.
- Date Range: Specify time frames to analyze activity during particular periods.
- Activity Type: Filter by types of actions, such as logins, item accesses, or updates.
4. Export Activity Reports (Optional)
- If needed, export activity logs for reporting or auditing purposes:
- Click on the Export button.
- Select the data range and filters applicable.
- Click Download to obtain the report.
- By default, the system will export this report as a .CSV file
