How to Access the Activity Log

Monitoring user activity in StackWrap allows administrators to track engagement, ensure compliance, and optimize platform usage. Follow these steps to view user activity logs:

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel

  • Log in to your StackWrap account.
  • From the dashboard, click on Settings (towards the bottom left of your screen)

2. Access the User Activity Section

  • Within the Admin Panel, click on Activity Logs.
  • This section displays a comprehensive log of user interactions within the platform.

3. Filter and Search Activity Logs

  • Utilize available filters to narrow down activity logs by:
    • User: View actions performed by specific users.
    • Date Range: Specify time frames to analyze activity during particular periods.
    • Activity Type: Filter by types of actions, such as logins, item accesses, or updates.

4. Export Activity Reports (Optional)

  • If needed, export activity logs for reporting or auditing purposes:
    • Click on the Export button.
    • Select the data range and filters applicable.
    • Click Download to obtain the report.
    • By default, the system will export this report as a .CSV file
