How to Create and Manage Announcements

With StackWrap's Announcements feature, you have the ability to easily create pop up announcements that are visible to your agents upon logging into StackWrap.

As the Admin, this will give you the ability to drive awareness to anything you'd like, such as upcoming company meetings, relationships with title, escrow, and lenders, celebrating agent/company milestones, and whatever else you can think of! 


To create an Announcement, follow the steps below:


1) Click on "Notifications" from within your Toolbar

2) Click on "Send Announcement"

3) Choosing Recipients

  • You can either choose to send the pop up notification to all agents by selecting "Send to All"
  • Or, you can select specific Groups, Roles, or Users

4) Create a Title for your Announcement

5) Create the body for your Announcement

You have many different options to create the actual pop up utilizing the editor tool. You can do things such as:

We recommend paying around with the features in the editor tool (pictured below) to become familiar with all of the options that are at your fingertips!


6) Preview the Announcement

As you're creating the Announcement, you have the ability to preview what it's going to look like for your users by selecting the Preview button towards the bottom of your screen.


7) Send the Announcement!

Once you've created your Announcement and designated your recipients, click the Send button towards the bottom of your screen to share this Announcement with your team. Your agents will view this Announcement upon their next login into StackWrap.
