One of the core features of StackWrap is that it can integrate with many 3rd-party tools, such as an organization’s CRM, transaction management and deal pipeline system, company calendars, training infrastructure, and more!
What functionality does an organization have to customize their StackWrap account?
An organization has the ability to organize almost everything within their StackWrap account! Below is a brief overview of some of the core customizations that an admin user has access to:
Arranging the tools (or Categories) in the panel, and determining the action of each Category
Creating Items for each Category, and determining the action of each Item
Configuring the homepage dashboard widgets
Integrating 3rd-party tools, and syncing the dashboard widgets with the data from the 3rd-party tool
Creating a prompted onboarding schedule from within StackWrap for new members joining the organization
Creating subgroups of users under the organization, and defining visibility and accessibility for each subgroup

If an organization has users in different locations using different tools, can an organization customize its StackWrap experience for each user?
Yes! An organization has the ability to group its users into different subgroups. Once the subgroups are created, the organization can define the accessibility of specific tools, categories, or items within their StackWrap account by specifying the subgroup or subgroups that have access to it.
Can StackWrap assist with new agent onboarding?
Yes! An organization has the ability to create a step-by-step onboarding schedule that prompts a new user through the organization’s onboarding procedure. Upcoming, as well as overdue onboarding tasks are populated under the “Today’s Tasks” widget on the homepage dashboard. That way, the new agent has full visibility to the organization’s onboarding process.
Can StackWrap be linked to an organization’s roster being managed outside of StackWrap?
Definitely! An admin account holder can link their StackWrap account to an external roster (such as a Google Sheet, Excel File, or Monday.com board). If a new user is added to the roster, a new StackWrap account under the organization will be created for that new user. If a user is removed from the roster, their access to StackWrap will terminate.
Is there a way to easily search for tools within a StackWrap account using specific keywords?
You bet! At the top of the homepage dashboard, there is a “Search for Anything” bar that allows a user to search for anything within the organization’s StackWrap account. All results will populate based on the keyword search, allowing the user to quickly access the result.
Are there limitations to what the Calendar widget can be mapped to?
The Calendar widget can either be mapped to a global company calendar showing all upcoming company-wide events, a user’s individual calendar, or to a 3rd party calendar tool (such as a calendar within a CRM).
Can an organization’s training courses integrate with StackWrap?
Yup! The admin account holder can determine which training courses (if any) they want to populate on the homepage dashboard for ease of access for their users. In addition, training courses being hosted on 3rd-party platforms have the ability to be integrated with StackWrap, depending on the API of the 3rd party.
